logs of happenstance

The photographs below were recently taken on a trip visiting Davidsonville Historic State Park in northeast Arkansas. The purpose of the trip was to visit as many state parks as I could get in during the day. Getting these photos was a fortunate development. I knew as soon as I arrived upon seeing these logs, I would be taking some photos. I photographed these recently hewn trees using my cell phone. Thankfully, I was able to get some decent photos. Despite the cold weather and sliding around in the mud a bit, I truly enjoyed my trip to Davidsonville State Park.
