Our minds think of a wilderness as a difficult place to journey. At times, it can be that way, but it doesn’t have to be. We find in many places in scripture that the wilderness brings more good than it does bad. We should never try to bypass the wilderness just because it may be difficult. If following God’s plan leads through the wilderness, we need to chase after God’s leading without hesitation.
